Through Community-Campus Partnerships The preparation of this Toolkit was made possible in part by support from the Corporation for National and Community Service. This Toolkit is designed to provide leaders who are involved in community-campus partnerships with the knowledge and resources to support their activities that are directly tied to the fulfillment of the Healthy People 2010 Objectives.
