builds on the framework provided in the previously published "Demonstrating
Excellence in Public Health Practice" and provides a description and
explanation of terms, guiding principles, and suggestions on methodologies for
implementation. The report also provides a framework for evaluating the scholarship
and rigor of practice-based teaching for the purposes of faculty promotion and
tenure.
