CEDI provides support to UWSOM departments in the search and hiring process. CEDI is available to give search committees an in-person training in best practices to increase diversity. CEDI can supplement department efforts in recruitment of diverse candidates by facilitating meetings with diverse faculty, trainees and students at the University of Washington during candidate campus visits. CEDI is available to work with departmental Diversity Committees to identify and meet their diversity goals.
