Sylvia Bach is the Manager of Program Operations at the Center for Engineering Learning and Teaching and for the CAEE in the College of Engineering at UW. Ms. Bach provides grant and contract administration, financial, human resource, and facilities management. In addition she performs planning, evaluation, development and implementation of program policies and procedures. She has a technical background with fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry as a network database administrator and systems analyst. Ms. Bach received her BA from the University of South Florida in Ancient History and Art, and completed graduate work in liberal studies.
