The 2013 Annual Meeting will be
held at Suncadia

Rental cars: Sea-Tac rental car companies are located at the new rental car facilities. Dedicated shuttle buses operate 24 hours a day with two passenger pick-up areas located outside baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal. Airporter Shuttle: Shuttle service from Sea-Tac to the village of Cle Elum is provided by the Airporter Shuttle, 1-866-235-5247. Buses run five times per day and reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cost is $60 round trip. For more information and to make a reservation click here. Shuttle drops off at the Cle Elum Shell Gasoline Station, and you must also book the Suncadia resort shuttle to pick-up from the Shell station for the rest of the trip.
Century Car Service: Car service from Sea-Tac to Cle Elum is provided by Century Car Service, 206-747-5040. Cost is a flat fee, with a one-way trip by town car for up to 4 people available for $220 plus gratuity. Larger vehicles are also available. Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Suncadia Shuttle: Suncadia has a shuttle that can be used for offsite transportation in the local area and for pickup/dropoff at the Airporter Shuttle site. The shuttle service is very popular with guests so should be booked ahead to ensure a shuttle driver and shuttle are available. Local offsite transportation is $15/person, roundtrip. Call the Suncadia front desk at 509-649-6460 to make a reservation.Driving Directions:
From Sea-Tac Airport: Follow signs for I-405 north. Proceed until the I-90 interchange and take I-90 east toward Spokane. Continue east on I-90 for approximately 80 miles to the Roslyn/Salmon La Sac exit (exit 80). Turn left at the exit onto Bullfrog Road and follow the signs to Suncadia. Driving time is 90 minutes in light traffic.I-90 Updates from WSDOT:

INFORMATION FOR INDUSTRIAL AFFILIATES AND NSF REPRESENTATIVES
Rooms for all meeting attendees will be reserved by Lynsey at UW as part of the meeting room block in the Suncadia Lodge. Industrial affiliates and NSF representatives will be in single rooms ("Lodge Studio") and will be billed on arrival at the meeting rate of $189/night. Be sure to register by Friday, Aug 30. Participants wishing to upgrade to room-types not included in the meeting room block will be subject to normal nightly rates associated with those rooms, as listed by Suncadia Resort at time of registration.
