Mackenzie Hall opens its doors

The new headquarters of the College of Business Administration’s faculty and administration is named in memory of Donald Mackenzie, longtime faculty leader and former chair of the Department of Accounting. The three-story edifice is designed in the modernist style by Decker & Christenson and Paul Hayden Kirk. Mackenzie Hall’s inner courtyard features a fountain, commissioned for the 1962 World’s Fair, by the renowned sculptor George Tsutakawa.
