Family and friends enter the Hec Ed Main doors at 12:30

Graduating student check-in at the SE Hec Ed Loading dock 12:30 to 1:15

Tickets Required?

No, Tickets are not required. But Graduating students participating in the celebration must RSVP Biology's google form https://tinyurl.com/uwbiology by June10.

Cap and Gown Required?

No, academic apparel is not required but many students opt to wear them. Nice dress or business casual.

Parking Info

If you wish to park on campus, pre-paid parking permits will be required for this event. Students should purchase these permits for themselves and their guests through the order form, May 8 to May 26, 2019.
