Reservation/E-Ticket Form

This University of Washington Convocation is a student oriented event. Students from select Washington State educational institutions will be able to order e-tickets online. As the host organization, the University of Washington will have a limited number of e-tickets available for UW faculty and staff to order online.

Each school has been allotted a certain number of e-tickets. When all tickets for your school have been reserved, no more tickets will be available. All students must provide a verifiable student ID (an employee ID for UW faculty and staff) to order an e-ticket.

Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. and the audience must be seated by 2:45 p.m. All online e-tickets are festival seating. Disability seating (including wheelchair and ASL seating) and disability parking are also available via the registration/ticket form.

The Dalai Lama will be in Seattle for five days and will participate in a number of public events, including events at Qwest Field and Seattle Center. Other opportunities to hear him speak are listed on the Seeds of Compassion website.

Seating is limited and online e-tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. E-tickets will be limited to one seat per person (no exceptions). No backpacks or other large bags will be allowed in the arena. All purses and other personal items will be inspected upon entry. Cameras, recording devices, food, or beverages are not allowed inside the arena. Photo identification is required upon entry.
