Susan Wilbanks
Susan Wilbanks received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, an education she greatly values even though she has never used her degree professionally. Most of her career has been spent on college campuses, first at Penn and later at UW. By working in Spiritual Care at Harborview, Susan feels she is following family tradition, since her father was a Baptist deacon who “ran rescue” as a medic for her hometown’s volunteer fire & rescue unit. She is an aspiring novelist. Currently working on a series of historical novels set during the Napoleonic Wars, she knows endless details about the organization of the French Grande Armée, proper forms of address for the British nobility, and similar arcane topics. When she has free time, she can be found singing in her church choir, reading, or attending Mariners games with her husband and daughter.Return to Contact Information |
