The general aim of this research core is to provide a link between CHC researchers and the regional and national community on issues of environmental impacts to children’s health.

Specific Aims
  • Work with community partners in our field-based projects.
  • Develop a library of materials relevant to understanding the potential impacts from the environment on children’s health.
  • Develop continuing education courses on child health for regional health, safety and regulatory professionals.
  • Disseminate research findings which can make an impact on children’s risk assessment.
