Policy & Equipment Checkout

  • Media support is provided to faculty, staff and students affiliated with CHDD
  • CHDD's conference rooms; CD150, CD246, CD301, CD365 and CD454 have built-in LCD projection systems so there's no need to checkout LCD projectors for those rooms--Keys to equipment cabinets in CD454, 365 and 301 are picked up and dropped off in CD399. Intial setup training for individuals or groups is available--contact Sally Schuh at 206-543-5017
  • Presentation equipment may be reserved at the websites listed below
  • Pickup and drop-off online a/v checkout equipment at room CD344
  • Traditional audio/visual equipment checkout Mon-Fri by calling 206-543-5017
    • may be checked out- room CD142 in the EEU or via email, contact Sally Schuh
    • 35mm slide projectors and trays
    • TV monitor and VCR
    • overhead transparency projectors/pens
    • camera tripods / photo lights

CHDD conference rooms

  • CHDD has 4 conference rooms; CD246, CD301, CD365 and CD454 (pick-up equipment cabinet key from room CD399)
  • Permanently stationed equipment include:
    • an LCD projector
    • combo VHS/DVD player and monitor
    • teleconference phone
    • whiteboard
  • Equipment is checked periodically by Sally Schuh
    • If you have equipment failures, bulb burnout or other equipment problems please contact Sally Schuh (see contact information below) and give her detailed information about the problem and room number.
  • a 35mm slide and overhead projector is available for checkout in room CD344. Contact the CHDD Budget Office, room CD 399 for more information
