Current Graduate Students

The Department of Chemistry Graduate Program offers activities that promote academic, professional, and personal development of graduate students. You are encouraged to apply for Graduate School sponsored travel awards that provide funding assistance for travel to conferences or professional meetings to present talks or posters. There is also the Graduate Student Travel Award Opportunity, whereby students may receive Departmental travel awards for transportation to your undergraduate alma mater to present a seminar on your doctoral research. You can be involved in the Chemistry Graduate Student Club which is very active, offering social events as well as educational opportunities. It is important for graduate students to be aware of and follow the Elements of Graduate Good Standing.
