Department of ChemistryIt is recommended that you apply to graduate at least two quarters in advance of your planned graduation date. The UW has a special registration category, Graduating Senior Priority registration (GSP). This enables those seniors whose graduation applications are on file to register on the first day of registration for 2 quarters.
The latest that students can apply to graduate for a specific quarter is the third Friday of that quarter in which they plan to graduate.
Commencement is always the Saturday after the end of spring quarter in June.
