Description

Data Converter is a GUI for converting between NMR/MRI data formats. It is being developed by Jonathan Callahan at the University of Washington. Currently, we use it to convert Omega formatted 1D spectra into output for our analysis packages.

Latest Version (executables and source)

This version of the code converts between Omega, NMR1 and Gyroscan formats.

Tutorial

Data Converter allows you to choose input and output Directories, Extensions and Formats. A name conversion tool is included under the "Options" menu.

Begin by choosing the input and output formats, directories and extensions. Call up the name conversion tool to alter the naming convention if you wish. Then select all the files you want to be converted and click on "Convert".

The files will be converted, renamed and placed in the appropriate directory.
