- Description
Pulse_Writer is a graphical interface for creating pulse sequences.
It was developed by Jonathan Callahan
at the University of Washington. Currently, the only output format is
for the Pencil NMR simulation program.
- Latest Version (executables and source)
This version of the code supports delays, square, binomial and BIR4 pulses.
- Tutorial
Pulse_Writer will prompt you for a T90 time or rf power to determine the maximum
available power.(picture) Then you will see a dialog which allows you to set flip angle
and phase parameters and add delays and square, binomial or BIR4 pulses
simply by clicking on the appropriate buttons.(picture) Other options are available for
some of the pulses under the "Options" menu item. To save a generated sequence
choose "Save As Pencil" from the "File" menu item.
