The AC200 is the routine walk-on instrument for research use. It has been upgraded with Tecmag Macspect hardware (June 1997):

• Oxford 4.7 T superconducting magnet
• Tecmag Macspect/ Powercomputing Powercenter 150
• 2 channel operation, with one channel being fixed at 1H.
• BSN-18 channel shim system.
• BVT-1000 VT unit modified with Omega controller
• Probes:
• multinuclear 5 mm 1H-X
• retuned 19F-13C
