Currently there are 9 residents in the program, 4 in the 2nd year, and 5 in the 1st year. In 2007, there will be 5 in each year for a total of 10 residents in the program.

Resident feedback is very important in improving the program and maintaining an excellent training environment.

Residents have an active voice within the program and the department, through regular attendance at the faculty meeting, resident representation on the Education Committee, monthly meetings with the Division Head, and Training Director, additional monthly meetings with the Training Director, and an annual resident/faculty retreat.
