If you are interested in doing a medical observership with one of our faculty at the hospital, please make a request to the appropriate hospital liason:
If you are a licensed practicing professional, please send an email to Stacy Opdahl at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are a medical student or physicians assistant student, please send an email to Sara Fear at email@example.com
If you are an international visitor or someone from the community (PhD, student with interest in medicine), please send an email to Julie Poviak at firstname.lastname@example.org
To learn more about the medical observership process, visit the Seattle Children’s Medical Observer webpage.
Our center has many opportunities for volunteers interested in research. Undergraduate students in our labs get advanced hands-on experience in many areas of research and medicine. If you are interested, please research our current faculty and contact the ones whose research match your interests. When they have agreed to have you as a volunteer in their lab, contact Sean Poppoff at email@example.com to make arrangements for training, etc.
Donate to Research
More than half of the kids who come to Seattle Children’s live with serious conditions that they will have for the rest of their lives. Research can give them a different future. Your support makes it possible.
