RA Workshop Panelist Application Form

Are you interested in being a panelist for the fifth annual RA Workshop? If you are willing to serve as a panelist and are available the morning of September 18, 2008, from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., please fill out the information below and submit your name to be considered for one of the panelist positions. Those RAs who are selected to be panelists will be given a $50.00 gift certificate to the UW Bookstore and a Certificate of Appreciation.

There will be a meeting of the final panelists on Thursday, Sept.11, 2008, 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.  Lunch will be provided. All final panelists will be required to attend the meeting. Please mark your calendar.
