Using CIDR's experience as a case study, we will demonstrate how general commitments to diversity and inclusiveness can be expressed in identifiable actions, which can then form a basis for assessment and chart directions for future growth. We will present the diversity principles document that we have developed, and provide examples from the CIDR Inclusive Practices Portfolio which show how we have sought to put our principles into practice
