Awards Received by CIDR

In addition to receiving notoriety beyond the campus for their contributions to the thinking about discipline-focused and research-based instructional development, CIDR staff have been recognized for their work through two national awards.

In 1993, CIDR was part of the University of Washington's Entry-Level Initiative that was awarded a Certificate of Excellence through the Hesburgh Award and also received a Telly Award for the videotape Teaching in the Diverse Classroom.
