INFORMATION AND RESERVATION GUIDELINES

We are currently taking reservations through March, 2009. Board of Regents, President/VPs, Provost/VPs, and Gerberding Hall occupants only.

 

Future reservations can be made after the following dates:
  • July, 1, 2008--RESERVATIONS THROUGH MARCH 31, 2009
  • October 1, 2008-- RESERVATIONS THROUGH JUNE 30, 2009
  • January 10, 2009-- RESERVATIONS THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2009
  • April 1, 2009-- RESERVATIONS THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2009
Room Information:
  • Total Chairs = 45
  • Total Tables = 12 (6 wide 60"x30" tables and 6 thin 60"x24" tables)
  • Room Capacity = 53 people
  • Amenities: Largest room, windows, white board, projector screen, two live phone jacks, computer data line jack (Ethernet RJ45)
Reservation Guidelines:

The Center for Instructional Development and Research will be coordinating the reservations for Gerberding Hall Room 142 Conference Room effective Monday, March 17, 2008. To request a room reservation, please check the Gerberding 142 online calendar for availability at http://ical.mac.com/cidruw/GerberdingConference142,

Then send your room request via email to gerberding142@cidr.washington.edu with the information listed below. A confirming email will be sent to you within 48 hours.

Room usage is between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (the room schedule for the week will be posted late Friday or early Monday morning) Please make sure your meeting group stays within their allotted time frame. If you believe the meeting will run over the allotted time, please reserve additional time when you make your reservation. You must arrange for your own audio-visual equipment if needed and allow one-half hour before/after meeting for setup and cleanup of the room.

Users of the conference rooms are responsible for ensuring that the rooms are clean when they leave. Please remove leftover handouts, drink cans and cups, food containers, etc. Put all trash in the waste cans. Use only dry erase markers on the whiteboard and erase it before you leave. Do not remove any furniture from the conference room. Please report any problems to gerberding142@cidr.washington.edu, or 206-543-6588.
