In 1941, four months after Carl
Brooks and his family moved into a small home in north
King County, race terrorists threw a dynamite bomb,
shattering windows and endangering the lives of two
sleeping children.
The major newspapers ignored
the incident, but the Washington New Dealer published
this account.
