Riemann solvers for the Euler equations:

• rpn2eu3.f -- Roe solver with 3 waves (shear and entropy waves combined since they have the same speed)
• rpn2eu4.f -- Roe solver with 4 waves (separate shear and entropy waves)
• rpn2eu5.f -- Roe solver with a 5th tracer variable added, and 5 waves
• rpn2euq3.f -- Roe solver on quadrilateral grid with 3 waves
• rpt2eu.f -- Transverse solver for use with rpn2eu3 or rpn2eu4
• rpt2eu5.f -- Transverse solver for use with rpn2eu5
• rpt2euq.f -- Transverse solver for use with rpn2euq3
