Single wave on a simple beach (Initial value problem)
This test compares against an analytic solution to the nonlinear shallow water
equations for a wave on a linear beach.

This is still under development.
Challenges:
- In PMEL-135 it is stated that
"Numerical models should calculate the maximum runup of nonbreaking solitary and
N-waves within 5% of the calculated value from the analytical solution."
However, it is not stated what grid resolution should be used. Since the numerical
method is being compared to an analytic solution of the shallow water equations,
any convergent method should be able to attain any prescribed accuracy by using a
sufficiently fine grid.
