About UW CME

The University of Washington School of Medicine provides a robust CME program to meet the postgraduate educational needs of physicians and allied healthcare professionals on a local, regional, national and international level. The UW School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

The CME Program includes a broad range of AMA-PRA Category 1 activities including departmental grand rounds, lecture series, live courses ranging from 1-10 days and on-line self-study activities. In 2007, over 6,000 healthcare providers participated in UW CME accredited activities.
