On June 13^th, Mike and Kelvin met in Kelvin’s office at 1pm. The followings are records from our discussion.

 

1. Review the material that we are sending to Ruth

   1. Mike:

                                                    i.     Clean up pre/post test questions: make sure only one 20 minute question for each

                                                   ii.     Readme files from txt->html

                                                  iii.     Template assignment for Monte Carlo

                                                  iv.     Clean up grading rubric: Categorize + include percentage

2. Kelvin:

                                                    i.     Intro to XNA:

                                                   ii.     Assignments:

1.      Update assignment solution for XNA

a.      Bubble: needs firework

b.      MonteCarlo has a bug, solution does not converge

2.      student guide

3.      student specs (in assignment spec)

                                                  iii.     Post all before 6pm on Thursday (6/15)

3. Next two assignments:
   1. Operator + conditional (early CS1, 142 review for Mike)

                                                    i.     Mike: do a teaching aid assignment

                                                   ii.     Kelvin: do a traveling across space bars matching color of sphere to floor

2. Othello: array of pointers to objects (late CS1, 3^rd assignment for 142 in Mike’s class)
3. Last two assignments:
   1. Link list: pong game with two types of blocker/point score in between
   2. BST: still thinking …
