On July 24^th Mike and Kelvin met in Kelvin’s office, this is what we discussed:

1. We have decided on a refined folder structure for source code. The new structure is in the CVS under the 0000_Reference structure.

2. Here is the schedule for the next few weeks:

4. We can dedicate full time on this project until at least 9/20.

i. Phase-I Assessment paper:

ii. 290 paper: focus on idea light on results + execution

iii. Propose workshop on XGA

2. CCSC Workshop preparation: wait until SIGCSE paper writing is done.

6. Next Meeting: 8/8 (Thursday at 1pm).
