To
maintain graduate status, students must be enrolled on a full-time,
part-time, or On-Leave basis from the time of first enrollment in the
Graduate School until completion of all requirements for the Master’s
Degree. Summer quarter On-Leave enrollment is automatic for all
graduate students who were either registered or On-Leave the prior
spring quarter. Failure to maintain continuous enrollment
constitutes evidence that the student has resigned from the Graduate
School. A
student desiring to petition for On-Leave status must contact the
Department of Construction Management Graduate Program Coordinator prior
to the second calendar day of the quarter in which the student desires
to enter On-Leave status. The student will be required to complete
a “Petition for On-Leave Status”, obtain the Graduate Program
Coordinator’s signature, take the approved petition to the
Registration Office at 225 Schmitz Hall, and pay a fee. The
requested leave period may be from one to four consecutive quarters. An On-Leave student returning to the University must file a “Former Student Enrollment Application” with the Registration Office at 225 Schmitz Hall prior to the beginning of the quarter in which the student desires to register for classes. Latest dates for submitting the application forms are: July 1 for Autumn Quarter, November 1 for Winter Quarter, February 1 for Spring Quarter, and June 1 for Summer Quarter.
