of Science in Construction Management:

For Autumn quarter admission: July 1
For Winter quarter admission: November 1
For Spring quarter admission: February 1
International Applicants:

Application Package:
Your application packet must consist of the
following:

Graduate
School application (Online application; when asked which
degree program you are applying to, select M.S. in Construction
Management. The Web site provides instructions on materials to be
mailed to Graduate Admissions and the department.)
Includes application fee.

Transcripts: If you earned a degree
from an institution outside the United States or its
territories, you must print a copy of the online application and
send it, together with an official copy of the transcript and
degree statement, to the following address: Office of Graduate
Admissions, University of Washington, Box 353770, Seattle, WA
98195-3770.

English Proficiency: If your native
language is not English, the results of the
TOEFL
are required. The results of the TOEFL must be received on or
before the Department of Construction Management's application
deadline. TOEFL scores older than 2 years are not valid.

GRE scores: Scores must be received
on or before the application deadline. GRE scores older than 2 years are not valid. The CM Department requires a minimum score of 500 in the quantitative section of the GRE. No minimum scores have been set for the other sections.
Items 5-12 must be mailed in one envelope
to reach the Department of Construction Management by the application
deadline.
