Noah Seixas, PhD, CIH

Noah is a faculty member in the Industrial Hygiene program of the UW Department of Environmental Health. He has a PhD in Industrial Health from the University of Michigan, an MS in Industrial Hygiene and Safety from Harvard, and a BA from Hampshire College. Noah is currently working on several projects related to construction safety and health research, including the construction NIHL research project, which he directs.

Michael is currently involved in a project assessing noise-induced hearing loss among newly-hired construction apprentices, and has particular interest in examining safety and health measurement tools, and identifying predictors of safety and health performance on construction sites.

Janice Camp, MPH, CIH

Janice is the director of the UW Field Research and Consulation Group, and has worked on a large-number of construction-related service and research projects, including an assessment of noise exposures in four construction trades.

Rick Neitzel, MS, IHIT, ASP

Rick works in the UW Department of Environmental Health's Field Research and Consultation Group. He has an MS in Environmental Health from the University of Washington and a BS in Safety from the University of Southern California. He is working on a number of construction-related service and research projects, including an assessment of noise-induced hearing loss among newly-hired construction apprentices, where his primary responsibilities lie in the noise exposure assessment aspects of the project.

Susan Brower, MSW

Susan works in the UW Department of Environmental Health as a research coordinatory with the team studying noise-induced hearing loss in construction apprentices. She has an Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and a BA in Social Welfare, also from UW. Susan's primary responsibilities lie in coordinating the hearing testing efforts and other logistical nightmares that this project represents.

Bryan works in the UW Department of Environmental Health as a data manager with the team studying noise-induced hearing loss in construction apprentices, where he manages all systems for data collection, storage, and analysis. He has a BA from Pomona College, and is pursuing a degree in Biostatistics at UW.
