CFRM’s two certificate programs are designed for working professionals and are delivered completely online. The academic credential students earn is a certificate awarded by UW Professional & Continuing Education, which gives students the opportunity to participate in the same courses, taught by the same faculty and industry professionals, as those enrolled in UW degree programs…without the commitment of completing an entire degree.
For even greater flexibility, UW academic credit is available for students who are interested in applying to a degree in the future.
Learn more about:
- Quantitative Fundamentals of Computational Finance, the introductory certificate program designed to prepare STEM majors for more advanced study in the department.
- Computational Finance, a selected subset of the first year master’s degree curriculum for those with strong quantitative and finance backgrounds. Because these are graduate-level courses, students have the option of applying some of the credits earned in this program toward our CFRM-MS degree (an additional application is required).
