CUMG Compliance Policies

CUMG compliance policies establish and communicate the standards and expectations for documentation, coding and billing.  These policies also document the structure and processes for the Compliance Program.  Many policies cross all clinical practices and establish baseline expectations.  Other policies address particular clinical practices or specialties.

Policies are reviewed on an annual basis and as needed to assure that guidance is consistent with current national and local regulatory policy, and to address any issues that require further clarification.
