Personnel Management

Departments are responsible for tracking and providing certain compliance related information to their workforce members.

• The HIPAA Job Descriptions were developed by the Confidentiality and Access Steering Committee and should be included in all job descriptions.

Department Informal Compliance Review [ICR]

Department administrators and managers are required to conduct a department assessment of their compliance with the Information Security Policies.
