Breeding/Weaning Cage Card Requests are for barcoded cage cards needed for setting up breeding pairs, weaning new cages, or other breeding purposes.

Cage Card Requests are not a replacement for submitting an animal transfer. If you are changing rooms, facilities, budgets and/or protocols, you must fill out a Transfer Request. Please see the Animal Transfers page. Do not request cage cards for animal transfers. Your cage cards are automatically printed for you after Transfer Approval has been given.
