Not that we think any of you are likely to fail, but at this point, we'd just to like offer a few pointers on being an outstanding tech:

• Communicate!! Communicate!! Communicate!! (Your school should ALWAYS have your schedule!)
• Take responsibility
• Troubleshooting well (hardware, software, and peopleware)
