Meet the Staff

Elizabeth Higgins M.Ed.

Elizabeth Higgins is the Director of Community Standards and Student Conduct (CSSC) a department in the Division of Student Life. Elizabeth joined the UW Community in 2007. She completed her bachelor's degree in political science at Bowling Green State University and her masters in education with an emphasis in student affairs at the University of South Florida.

Bobbi Offner is the Secretary Senior for CSSC. She is a long time veteran of the University of Washington having worked in Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity prior to joining the CSSC team.

We are located on the Second Floor of Condon Hall on the South Side of the building. The office is the last door on the left hand side. We look forward to seeing you!
