Mexi Meatballs
You will need:

1 cup textured vegetable protein
1 cup vegetable broth
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine TVP and broth in medium bowl.  Let sit until liquid is absorbed.  Mix in remaining ingredients.  Form mixture into meatballs.  Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees until firm and browned, 15-20 minutes.
