Hourly Time
Sheets

Hourly timesheets are now completed online.
Employees will access their Online Timesheets
through MyUW.
After logging on to their MyUW accounts,
employees should then log on to ESS
where they will find a TIMESHEET tab.
Instructions as provided by UW Payroll.
Use the timesheets below only if instructed to do so
by AID Divisional Payroll.
Timesheet Due
Dates are provided to guide you
so you may turn your timesheet in in time for Cutoff.
Timesheets are due on varying dates according to
when UW Payroll Cutoff dates are scheduled.
Timesheets received late enough to miss cutoff
will not be processed in time for payday.
They will be paid the payday after.
Hourly Time Sheet Instructions
Below are the links to each Hourly
Time Sheet by pay period and the Overtime Approval Form.
Both the time sheets and the overtime approval forms are in excel format
and can be uploaded onto your desktop. Upload the forms to your desk top by right clicking on the link and
selecting "Save Target As" on the drop down menu.
This will allow you to type the information directly in your timesheet. .
