First Year Fellows

Jake Lenington, MD



Jake recently graduated from the Internal Medicine residency program at OHSU. Jake enjoys meeting patients and families from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds in his practice. He is looking forward to joining the UW Allergy and Immunology team. Outside of work, Jake enjoys almost any outdoor activity but has a passion for fishing. Jake's other passions are his spunky dog, Audrey, and beautiful wife, Sheevaun.

Hobbies: Fishing, hiking, exercise, and cooking


Andrew Parker, MD,



Andrew grew up in western Maine and went to school in Philadelphia. He completed residency training in Boston and just drove I-90 from coast-to-coast (not doing this again). Andrew loves patient care and looks forward to the opportunity to work with patients here in Seattle. He spends his free time outdoors (skiing, hiking, exploring) and enjoying new food/restaurants.

Daniel Petroni, MD, PHD

Dr. Daniel Petroni received his MD and PhD from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completes his residency in Pediatrics at UC Davis Medical Center located in Sacramento, California.

Sydney Long, MD

Dr. Sydney Long received her MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine located in Baltimore, Maryland. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center located in Nashville, Tennessee.

David Hagin, MD
Dr. David Hagin received his MD from the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School located in Jerusalem, Israel. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, located in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
