F E L L O W    R E C R U I T M E N T :  Thanks to all faculty and fellows who interviewed the applicants for the ID Fellowship Program.
The rank order list is due on June 6th and the match date is June 20th.  Thanks to Wes and Darlene for all their hard work!

 P E R F O R M A N C E    E V A L U A T I O N S :  All Classified and Professional staff should submit completed performance evaluations
to Myrna by May 11th.  Should the state legislature approve merit increases this year, the performance evaluations will be used to determine
merit increases for Professional Staff.  In addition to the performance evaluation, updated job descriptions should be submitted as well.
Supervisors should meet with their staff and discuss job performance based on the individual’s job description.  If the duties and
responsibilities have changed significantly, reclassification of the job should be considered.  Performance evaluation forms can be found at:
             http://www.washington.edu/admin/hr/forms/

S A G E  :  A new SAGE class will be offered in May including Do’s and Don’ts of Attaching Documents to eGC1s in SAGE.  The 2-hour
hands-on workshop will provide practice in attaching documents.  It will also address the questions that arise around the types of files that
can be uploaded into SAGE and what their corresponding file types should be.  To register or to arrange to have the class delivered onsite
at your location, contact Toyin Akisanya at ORIStraining@u.washington.edu or call 206-616-9096.
