UW Police Department Open House

The University of Washington Police Department is proud to hold its annual open house on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Students, staff and faculty are all welcome. We want to show you the various aspects of our work here on campus, including crime prevention, homeland security, fingerprint services, and much more. There will be a demonstration by the Explosive Detection Dog Team, K-9 Officer KALI and her handler Officer Kenny Johns. Our newest vehicles will be on display as well as other aspects of the department. This is your police department so come visit us!

A residential life kick-off event! Monday, Sept 29: Voting is Sexy 5:30 p.m. in your hall. Hall Council elections. Tuesday, Sept 30: No Tricks, Just Treats 8 p.m. in your hall. Open door night and ice cream sundaes. Wednesday, Oct 1: Wild Card 8 p.m.in your hall. RAs will be hosting. Thursday, Oct 2: Pub Quiz 6-7:30 p.m. in McMahon 8 and 1101. Pub-food will be available for purchase and free rootbeer when you take part in trivia! Friday, Oct 3: Block Party 9 p.m.-12:30 a.m. in McMahon 8 and 1101. Free food, prizes, karaoke, DJ and dancing!
