There's time to hang out and spend time getting to know other students during Dawg Daze.

The University of Washington is thrilled to introduce you - its new class of students - to campus and to the University District community.

During Dawg Daze - Sunday, September 21 through Saturday, September 27, 2008 - the entire campus comes together to provide new opportunities for interaction, community-building, and fun. Dawg Daze offers you and your incoming class a series of events and experiences to help you prepare to succeed and thrive in your first year, and beyond.

There's something for everyone at Dawg Daze! We offer academic success workshops, big name concerts, movies, a community gathering on "The Ave," free food, dance classes, workshops about campus life, and more!

This program will be a continuation and further in-depth look into opportunities first encountered by at your Summer Advising and orientation sessions. Dawg Daze attempts to introduce you to the spectrum of opportunities available at UW, as well as empower you to find your own unique path through it.
