Huge Response to RFP
The Department of Global Health received an impressive 41 proposals from all 17 UW colleges and schools for its request for proposal for interdisciplinary initiatives and centers. The department is looking to fund up to five initiatives and up to four centers. Final decisions will be announced early next year and funding will begin spring 2009.
