Anti-Hunger and Nutrition Coalition
The mission of the Anti-Hunger and Nutrition Coalition is to make it a priority to end hunger in Washington. The coalition is a statewide coalition of organizations and individuals in Washington that speaks with a united voice for state public policy action on hunger. The coalition provides a forum for issue and policy development, communication with state policy makers, and an up to date information exchange.

West Seattle Food Bank
West Seattle Food Bank is committed to eliminating hunger in West Seattle through securing &distributing quality nutritional food; Educating clients about good nutrition; increasing public awareness of hunger in our community; coordinating community services for clients assuring continuity of services to clients through a convenient, accessible location.

Share Our Strengths Operation Frontline
Seattles operation Frontline, a program of the Fremont Public Association and Share Our Strength, is a direct outreach program that mobilizes culinary nutrition professionals to teach cooking classes focusing on nutrition and food budgeting. Local chefs and nutritionists volunteer their time to teach these four to six-week classes for people linving on a limited income. Classes are taught at local community and family centers, food banks, schools and transitional housing sites in an effort to provide practical, and hands-on experience. Operation Frontline strives to end hunger at its root causes by sharing life-skills with those who struggle to feed their families.

Family Works Food Bank and Resource Center
Family Works seeks to strengthen families as the foundation of a health community through community-based support, adequate nutrition, education and skills development.

International

World Association for Children and Parents (WACAP)
Based on the belief that every child deserves a family, world Association for children and parents (WACAP) places children who are unable to live with their biological families into loving adoptive homes and provides support services. In countries where WACAP unites children with adoptive families, WACAP provides nutrition, healthcare and education to orphaned and impoverished children to improve their quality of life and prevent child abandonment.

Kenya AIDS Intervention/Prevention Project Group
KAIPPG (Kenya AIDS Intervention/prevention Project Group) is a full service AIDS organization—addressing everything from home-based care for PWAS to the education and material needs of AIDS orphans to good nutrition for all those infected or affected by HIV/AIDS—which also addresses issues of poverty and hunger, lack of education and healthcare, the human rights of women, youth and children, and PWAS, and environmental sustainability.

AFRILIFE (INTERNATIONAL)
AFRILIFE provides humanitarian assistance that focus on children, families and institutions in Africa through nutrition, medicine, clothing, medical equipment supplies, educational supplies and training support. Seven million children die in Africa each year of diarrhea disease, acute respiratory infection, malaria, measles and acute zones of Africas most distressed countries to promote self-sustaining, community-supported primary health system to prevent and treat the most prevalent public health problems. we emphasize training and education of local health workers. We treat children, women and HIV/AIDS patients.
