We wanted to see how a CUI could provide a more accessible way to help anxiety, as a lot of people don’t understand what it’s like to have anxiety or have a panic attack and it can be hard to relate. Ada is a CUI that helps people prepare, overcome, and reflect on high stress situations using a calm and empathetic tone. Being multimodal, she can communicate in public and private spheres through text and voice. Incorporating elements of cognitive therapy and journaling, she helps people with different levels of anxiety cope and with external expression of emotions.
