Modi
I built Modi when I moved into a tiny apartment. It fits into an emerging class of furniture specifically designed to make the most of the smallest space. It is both a shelving unit and a desk, with convenient closed laptop storage. It also has pencil slots built into the structural supports. I explored classic woodworking construction techniques by using only wooden joinery and no hardware. Modi is carefully constructed out of mahogany with walnut accents.
