Hailly Butler is our experienced research coordinator, who is responsible for contacting research families, coordinating consent, as well as numerous other logistical support activities. She also coordinates MRI review sessions with Dr. Dobyns.

Carissa Adams is our new research coordinator, who is responsible for recruiting participants for our most recent projects. She is also responsible for contacting our research families, and coordinating MRI review sessions with Dr. Dobyns.

Jean-Baptiste Rivière, PhD

Jean-Baptiste Rivière, Ph.D.
Jean-Baptiste Rivière received his PhD in molecular biology at the University of Montreal. Before joining the Dobyns Lab he worked on the genetics of movement disorders and peripheral neuropathies. His current research interests focus on the identification of novel disease-causing genetic variants in severe developmental syndromes by using genomics and bioinformatics tools.

Hannah Tully, MD
Research Fellow

Hannah Tully, MD
Hannah Tully graduated medical school at Duke University and completed her child neurology training at the University of Washington. She is investigating the genetic causes of structural brain disorders, particularly those that affect the ventricular system. Dr. Tully is involved in clinical review of MRI scans and sees patients in the Division of Pediatric Neurology at Seattle Children's Hospital.

Alex R. Paciorkowski, MD
Research Fellow

Alex R. Paciorkowski, MD
Alex R. Paciorkowski trained in pediatrics and clinical genetics at the University of Connecticut, and child neurology at Washington University in St. Louis. He has an interest in the genetic causes of infantile spasms and other epilepsy syndromes, as well as complex autism phenotypes. Dr. Paciorkowski is involved in clinical review of MRI scans, next-generation sequencing, database design, and several other bioinformatics projects.
