Log in prompt comes with “DocuLogin” as user (Can’t Login)

Make sure that the network cable is connected to the correct drop. “BLUE” cable is for Docusys and should be connected to the port that says “Docusys”, while the “ORANGE” cable is for Philips monitors and should be connected to the port that is marked “Philips”.  Please note that the network drop for Philips network may not be in all locations. If one is not available, ignore this cable. DO NOT connect the Philips network cable to the regular hospital network. Once the network is properly connected, restart Docusys application.
