How to start a TBD Case?
The patient surgery schedule comes from the McKesson PHS program. A patient may not be in the surgery list if it is an “Add On” or an “Emergency.”

Click "Identify Unknown Patient" Button Depending on the workstation you are using clicking on the "Identify Unknown Patient" will produce two different actions. "Set Location" or "Identify Patient" .
